As a small business owner, you have a lot going for you that the big guys can’t compete with. You have the ability to steal customers away simply by focusing on the many strengths that come with being a small business.

Customer service in a small business needs to be key to your success. Great and successful small businesses tend to go above and beyond their customers expectations and the result are return customers. People like going where they feel valued. Remember, you’re in it everyday, always talking, (either in person or via social media) to customers and hearing about what they are struggling with. Focus on those core problems then offer solutions. That gives you the opportunity to solve problems they are dealing with on a day-to-day basis. That’s real-time feedback that can be valuable to your business.
